Can I see the designs before visiting the store?+

Yes. Browse our collection online and share the design name with us on call or WhatsApp — we'll keep it ready for your visit.

Do you take custom orders?+

Absolutely. Our karigars can craft custom pieces based on your reference. Timelines usually range from 2 to 4 weeks.

Is all your gold jewellery hallmarked?+

Every gold piece carries the BIS hallmark with a unique HUID number, so purity is guaranteed.

What is the difference between 22K and 18K gold?+

22K is about 91.6% pure gold and is the traditional choice. 18K (75%) is harder and better suited to holding diamonds and stones.

Are your diamonds certified?+

Yes. Diamond jewellery comes with a certificate detailing carat, colour, clarity and cut.

Can I exchange my old gold?+

Yes, we accept old gold at the day's rate after a purity test in front of you.

Is there a buy-back facility?+

Jewellery purchased from us can be returned under our buy-back policy. Please carry the original invoice.

What happens if I miss an instalment?+

You can pay the missed instalment within the same month. Plan maturity may shift by the number of missed months.

Do you offer gift wrapping?+

Yes, complimentary gift packaging is available on all purchases.

Do you provide cleaning and repair services?+

We offer free cleaning and polishing for jewellery bought from us, and repairs at nominal charges.
